I went to this website and found these workouts that reminded me a lot of the ones I did for p90x. I made a document of the workouts I like and I'm going to print them and get them lamented so they last the entire mission. I wish I could add the document on here but I suggest giving the website a look and see if you like anything! I've learned some useful tips from other sister missionaries on how to maintain my weight and how it IS possible to not gain any weight on your mission! That's my goal. We have 30 minutes every morning to work out so I'm going to make the absolute MOST out of it! No if, ands, or butts.
